Shipping Method

Standard Delivery (FREE) – U.S. Only

We currently offer free express delivery exclusively to customers within the United States.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery is made Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (local time)
  • Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded from processing and transit times

⚠️ Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your order summary
  • A tracking number
  • A direct tracking link

Tracking numbers are typically active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not issued for free promotional items
  • If a free item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement if notified within 7 days of delivery
  • In rare cases, tracking numbers may take up to 2 days to become active
