Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

·       The product is unused and unassembled

·       The product is in its original, untampered packaging

·       The item and packaging are in resalable condition

If you received a replacement item and now wish to return the product, both the original and replacement items must be returned. If only one is returned, a refund will not be issued.

⚠️ Do not send returns to the sender’s address printed on the package.
Always contact us at info@mercendy.com to receive the correct return address and authorization.


Return Instructions

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns outside this window, or items received in used or damaged condition, will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@mercendy.com with the following:

·       Full name and email used for the order

·       Order number

·       Reason for the return or exchange request

·       (Optional) A copy of the packing slip or order confirmation


Important Notes

·       The packing slip or receipt is not a return label

·       We do not provide prepaid return labels

·       Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

·       Shipping fees are non-refundable

·       Orders marked “Return to Sender” may incur additional fees, which will be deducted from any refund

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. Mercendy LLC is not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

·       A refund will be issued to your original payment method

·       Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval

If you do not receive a refund within 5 business days after approval:

1.     Check your spam/junk folder for our confirmation email

2.     Contact your bank or card issuer

3.     Email us at info@mercendy.com to verify refund status


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@mercendy.com within 5 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly through a refund or replacement, as appropriate.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

·       Sale items (marked as final sale)

·       Gift cards


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

1.     First initiate a return for the original item

2.     Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

This method ensures the fastest processing and product availability.


Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing items:

·       Contact info@mercendy.com within 5 days of delivery

·       Please include:

o   A photo of the packing slip

o   A photo showing all items received

o   A photo of the outer shipping label

If we do not receive this verification within 5 days, the order will be considered fulfilled based on our records, and no compensation will be offered.
